Why SSTelcom?

Your business depends on conversations. Your phone system should help keep them going.

When a customer calls, they need to reach your business—not worry about how your phone system works.

SSTelcom combines a cloud-hosted 3CX phone system with professional installation, thoughtful planning, and personal support. We build your system around how your team works, with the flexibility to choose your internet provider and prepare for connection outages.

Your internet provider. Your choice.

Change your internet service without replacing your SSTelcom phone system.

A better internet connection becomes available. Perhaps fiber reaches your building, or another provider offers better service or pricing. You should be free to consider it.

When your telephone service is bundled with your internet provider, leaving that provider may also mean replacing your phone service provider and all of your phones and transferring all of your numbers.

SSTelcom separates those decisions. Our phone system runs over any internet connection, so it doesn’t tie you to one ISP. You can move from Comcast or Spectrum to ACC Fiber—or another suitable provider—while keeping your SSTelcom phone system and business numbers.

We can help coordinate the switch and confirm your phones work correctly afterward.

Choose an internet provider that best fits your business. Keep your phone service with the team you trust.

Backup internet should keep your phones working, too.

Restoring internet access is only part of the job. Your customers still need to reach you.

For HVAC companies, plumbers, contractors, and other service businesses, incoming calls drive the day’s work. Dispatchers need to speak with customers, schedule jobs, and stay connected with technicians.

A backup internet connection can restore access when the primary ISP fails. But if your telephone service depends on that primary provider’s connection, your phones may remain unavailable.

SSTelcom’s cloud-hosted phone system can use a suitable backup connection, whether that is a second wired provider, Starlink, T-Mobile, Verizon, or another service.

With properly configured and tested internet failover, your phones can reconnect through the backup service so your team can resume making and receiving calls.

An active call may drop during the changeover. That is why we plan and test the backup arrangement rather than assume that having a second connection is enough.

For a dispatch center, a backup plan should include the phone system—not just the computers.

A system built around your business.

Your callers should reach the right people without unnecessary effort.

We start by understanding how your business handles calls.

Who answers first? What happens when everyone is busy? Where should calls go after hours? Do employees work from the office, in the field, or across several locations?

We use those answers to configure your greetings, call groups, transfers, voicemail, and business-hours routing.

The result is a phone system designed around your people and your customers.

Your office goes where your team goes.

Keep employees connected through their business phone system.

With the 3CX mobile and desktop apps, employees can make and receive business calls through a suitable internet connection while away from their desks.

Field staff, remote employees, and colleagues at other locations can stay part of the same system. Customers call your business number, and your team can transfer conversations to the person best placed to help.

A carefully planned changeover.

Keep your numbers. Get the new system ready before making the move.

Changing phone systems should be an organized process.

We install and test your new system while your existing phone service remains in place. Once everything is ready, we submit the number-transfer request and coordinate the changeover around the confirmed port date. There is no downtime. When the numbers transfer, the new phones start ringing, and you can remove the old phones.

Your team has time to become familiar with the new phones before customers begin calling through them.

Personal support after installation.

You have a team to call when you need help.

Installation is the beginning of the relationship.

As your business changes, you may need to add an employee, change your greeting, update business hours, or route calls to another location. SSTelcom helps manage those changes and troubleshoot problems.

Based in Conyers, Georgia, we bring together phone-system expertise and an understanding of the networks those phones depend on.

You focus on running your business. We help keep your communications working.
