At the front desk, in the field, or across several offices, your team needs to stay connected.

Button: Find Your Phone Solution

Give every caller a professional welcome.

Your telephone system is often a customer’s first contact with your business. Make it easy for them to reach someone who can help.

We configure your incoming calls around your staff, departments, and business hours. Whether you want a person to answer immediately or a greeting that offers department choices, we help create a clear path for your callers.

Your system can include:

  • Professional greetings and department menus.

  • Call groups that ring several employees.

  • Transfers between colleagues.

  • Business-hours, after-hours, and holiday routing.

  • Voicemail delivered to email.

When your front desk is busy, calls can ring other designated employees rather than depend on one person being available.

Take your business calls beyond the office.

Work does not always happen at a desk. Your phone system should give employees a way to stay connected wherever their responsibilities take them.

With the 3CX mobile and desktop apps, employees can make and receive calls through your business phone system using a suitable internet connection.

An employee working from home, a manager visiting a job site, or a salesperson traveling between appointments can remain reachable through your business number.

  • Handle business calls through mobile and desktop apps.

  • Keep personal mobile numbers private.

  • Transfer calls to colleagues.

  • Stay connected with office staff while away.

A customer calls your office. Your team transfers the call to the service manager, who answers through the mobile app while at a job site.

Bring your locations together.

Separate offices do not need to operate as separate telephone systems.

SSTelcom can connect your locations and remote employees through one managed system. Each office can retain its own telephone numbers and call-handling arrangements while remaining connected with the wider team.

We can help you plan:

  • Location-specific greetings and routing.

  • Calls answered locally or by a shared team.

  • Transfers between offices.

  • Remote employees connected to the same system.

  • A consistent calling experience as your business grows.

A caller reaches one office, but the person who can help works at another. Your staff can transfer the conversation without asking the customer to hang up and dial again.

Keep dispatchers and field teams connected.

For service businesses, the phone is part of the daily workflow. Customers call to request service, dispatchers coordinate schedules, and technicians need to stay in contact with the office.

We configure your phone system around those responsibilities, helping calls reach the people assigned to handle them.

Your system can support:

  • Incoming calls directed to your dispatch team.

  • Call groups for shared answering responsibilities.

  • Transfers to service managers and other staff.

  • Mobile access for employees in the field.

  • After-hours routing based on your business requirements.

When incoming calls are critical, we also help you consider suitable backup internet and test how the phone system reconnects if your primary connection fails.

Your dispatch team should have a plan for handling calls during a busy morning—and during an internet outage.

Keep the features your business needs.

You do not need to decide every technical detail before speaking with us. Start with what you want your calls to do.

Perhaps you need several people to answer the main number. You may want different greetings for different locations, or a way for employees to receive business calls away from their desks.

We translate those requirements into a practical configuration and explain how your team will use it.

If you already own desk phones, we check whether they are compatible and suitable for reuse. Where new equipment is needed, we explain the options.

A managed service from installation onward.

A phone system needs more than equipment. It needs someone to plan it, configure it, and help keep it working as your business changes.

SSTelcom handles the process with you:

Plan

We review your team, locations, current service, internet connection, and call-handling requirements.

Install and test

We configure and test the new system while your existing phone service remains in place.

Transfer your numbers

Once the system is ready, we coordinate the transfer of eligible business numbers around a confirmed port date.

Help your team get started

We show employees how to answer, transfer calls, access voicemail, and use the features relevant to their work.

Provide ongoing support

We help with troubleshooting and changes such as adding employees, updating greetings, or adjusting where calls ring.

Choose your internet connection separately.

Your SSTelcom phone service is independent of your internet provider. You can choose a suitable connection for each location and change providers without replacing your SSTelcom phone system.

For businesses that need backup connectivity, the system can also operate over a suitable secondary connection with properly configured failover. Active calls may drop during the changeover, so we recommend testing the arrangement before an outage.
